SALES & TERMS

NAM Electronics is in wholesale distribution only.
All sales are intended for re-sale to the end-user only.

SALES TAX: A valid state sales tax certificate must be on file before an account can be obtained.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change without notice.

TERRITORY: NAM markets products in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas & Mississippi. Not all products are available in all markets. NAM reserves the right to set-up dealers at their own discretion and/or using the guidelines set forth by the factory. Call your sales rep to see if you qualify.

HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am till 6:00pm C.S.T. (except Holidays).

SHIPPING: All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse (Stafford or Carrollton). Shipments released to carrier are the responsibility of consignee. All freight claims are the responsibility of the customer. Please inspect each box carefully and make claims directly with the carrier. Claims must be reported to your representative within 24 hours.

DROP SHIPMENTS: Are allowed ONLY with proper pre-approved paperwork (Drop Shipment Agreement). NAM takes NO responsibility in any freight claims on any drop shipments once approved.

ORDERS: All orders placed by 4:00pm C.S.T. will be shipped the same day to dealers in good credit standing, depending on availability. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.- NO REFUNDS

TERMS OF SALE: C.O.D., Cashier's Check, Money Order, Company Check (to approved accounts), VISA/MasterCard/Discover and Transamerica Flooring Company. Checks & Credit Cards must be from authorized principals only.

OPEN ACCOUNTS: Net 20 day terms may be offered to dealers pending approval of completed NAM Electronics signed credit application. Terms start from date of shipment. Any delinquent accounts will be assessed 1.5% interest per month. No shipments will be made to any past due accounts.

RETURNED CHECK: A $50.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks and will also seriously put in jeopardy dealers ability to pay by check on any future sales.

DEFECTIVES: NAM offers a 30 day over the counter exchange on any factory defective products. Dealer must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from NAM before returning any defective goods. RA# must appear on the outside of the shipping box or on shipping label and not on the display carton. Product must be in new condition with all packing and instructions to qualify. Returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only. Any over the counter exchanges return from factory with "No Problem Found" will be returned to dealer a 20% handling/restocking fee. Defectives after 30 days are to be sent to local or factory for service at dealers expense. Defective returns must include a NAM invoice and the receipt to the consumer. Returns must be prepaid freight to NAM and NAM will return all exchanges prepaid to dealer.

RETURNS: You must receive a return authorization number (RA#) before returning any goods. Any returns showing up without a NAM issued RA# on the outside of the shipping box WILL BE REFUSED. Call (281) 240-6300 for RA#'s. RA#'s are valid for only 30 days.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

BACKORDERS: NAM will ship backorders on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be billed at the latest most current dealer cost. If dealer elects not to except any backorders it must be in writing to NAM before shipment.

DAMAGE/LOSS: Any claims of shortages, mis-shipments, mis-billings must be made in writing 10 days of receipt of goods. Any claims of damage or loss from carrier must be made within 10 days.

MISCELLANEOUS: Save all boxes, packing and receipts. Availability is subject to change without notice.
